IA 3440/2024
Ld. Counsel for the Resolution Professional submits that due to non-availability of the funds, the current dues of rent could not be paid. The Ld. Counsel for the Resolution Professional further submit that the stocks of Corporate Debtor are lying in that premises, hence, the premises has to be retained or alternate premises has to be searched.
The Resolution Professional is directed to pay the rent within three (3) months from the date of this order for continued retention of premises thereafter or in the alternate he may look for another premises to warehouse the stocks and vacate the current premises.
In view thereof, Interlocutory Application 3440 of 2024 is disposed of.
