Submissions were made on I.A.No.5843/2020, which is urgent hearing application.

Submissions were made on I.A.No.5842/2020, which is third repeat application for suspension of jail sentence of the appellant No.3 who has been convicted by ASJ Nagda in S.T. No.531/2013, v i d e judgment dated 30.8.2018, for commission of offence punishable under Section 302/149 of IPC (for 3 counts) and sentenced to life imprisonment with fine of Rs.1000/-, under Section 147 and 148 of IPC, sentenced to undergo 2 years RI with fine of Rs.500/- has been imposed. This apart, he has also been convicted under Section 27(1) of Arms Act, sentenced to undergo 3 year RI with fine of Rs.500/-, with default stipulation on each count.
Earlier two applications for suspension of jail sentence have been rejected on 18.10.2019 and 15.11.2019.
As per prosecution story, Hate Singh (appellant No.3) had shot dead Inder Singh.
There are no new grounds which are contained in this third repeat application for suspension of jail sentence filed on behalf of appellant No.3. Further, it is a case of triple murder. Hence, there is no substance in this application.
Accordingly, I.A.No.5842/2020, stands rejected.
