Judgment
P.V.Kunhikrishnan, J
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. To Order by a writ of mandamus or such other order or writ, restraining the respondents or officials acting under them from interfering or in causing hindrance to the professional freedom of petitioner to practice, conduct and treat willing patients in the Indian System of Indigenous Medicine as Paramparya Ayurveda Siddhavaidya Physician in the 'Amritha Bharatheeya Vaidyasastra Chikitsalayam' run by the petitioner.
ii. To declare that petitioner is not liable to obtain registration certificate under Section 38 (1) T.C.M.P.Act in view of Exhibit P5 notification
ii(A). To declare that Exhibit P6 Notification is violative of Articles 14, 19(1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and that petitioner also is entitled to get exemption provided under Exhibit P6 notification
iii. To pass such other incidental and ancillary reliefs which this Honourable Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the above case.

When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that a new Act come into force as Kerala State Medical Practitioners Act, 2021 and in the light of the same, prayers in this writ petition are infructuous.
In the light of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the provisions of the Act, he is free to challenge the same.
With the above observation, this writ petition is closed.
