By this Application, the Applicant has prayed for correction in the Order dated 24.07.2024.
It is submitted that Adjudicating Authority has rejected the Application challenging the rejection of the claim of the Appellant.
Paragraph 1 of the Order is corrected and read as follows:
“Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that Adjudicating Authority has rejected the Application challenging the rejection of the claim of the Appellant whereas there was acknowledgement of the debt and claim was wrongly not accepted. Submission needs scrutiny.”
Order corrected accordingly. Let the corrected copy of the Order be uploaded.

By this Application, the Applicant has prayed for stay of the Order dated 13.05.2024 passed in I.A. No. 2432 of 2023.
It is submitted that Plan approval Application has already been heard and reserved.
We only observe that any decision taken by the Adjudicating Authority shall abide by the result of the Appeal.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
