Judgment
V.K. Jhanji, J.—Respondents filed a suit for permanent injunction. Along with the said suit, an application for ad interim injunction was also filed by the respondents.
On the application for grant of ad-interim injunction, the trial Court passed an ex-parte order of injunction in favour of the plaintiffs respondents. This order was challenged by the defendants (petitioners herein) is an appeal before the learned District Judge, Gurgaon, The District Judge, Gurgaon entertained the appeal on 27.12.1991, but passed no order on the application of the petitioners for staying the operation of order of the trial Court. This order has been impugned by the petitioners in the present revision petition.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that the appeal filed by the petitioners before the District Judge, Gurgaon, is to be decided first, and I direct accordingly. The learned District Judge, Gurgaon, shall decide the appeal within a period of four weeks from today. During the pendency of the said appeal, operation of order or the trial Court shall remain stayed.
With the aforesaid direction, the revision petition is disposed of.
