Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
To issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to take effective steps and procure eligibility certificate of its own and further to regularize the services of the Petitioner w.e.f. 01.05.2010 as beldar in view of order dated 20.5.2010 without asking for Himachali Domicile and other certificates as sought in letter dated 20.5.2010.
It is submitted that the Petitioner is similarly situated as the Petitioner is covered by the common judgment of this Court in CWP No. 1594 of 2008, titled Man Singh v. State of H.P. and Ors. and other connected matters (Annexure P-2).
In case the Petitioner is similarly situated as the Petitioner is covered by the judgment, extracted above, similar treatment shall be extended to the Petitioner herein also. The needful shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner before the 2nd Respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
