ORDER
In this matter, there a large number of interim applications have been filed. In some of the IAs with regard to some of the prayers, orders were passed by this Bench. In respect of remaining prayers in some of those IAs, arguments have been advanced before this Bench. However, in respect of some of the other IAs arguments have not been commenced before this Bench. Since the issue involved in most of the IAs are more or less similar, it would be appropriate that all the IAs are heard by the same Bench. Therefore, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon’ble President for giving direction in respect of composition of the Bench which will hear all the cases.
