On 19.06.2023, the matter was taken up for hearing for reporting compliance. It was submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners that there was difficulty in getting valuation certificates. In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners by hiding valuable properties, showing properties with lesser values. Further, it is submitted that without producing either valuation certificates or original documents, the petitioners are enjoying the interim anticipatory bail from 28.03.2023. In view of the above, this Court observed that custodial interrogation of the petitioners are very much required and vacated the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners.
2.Again, this petition has been moved by the petitioners stating that they are not in a position to get valuation certificate, since interim anticipatory bail was vacated. It is further submitted that in para No.24 of the affidavit they have stated about all the properties, which belongs to them apart from liability.
3.The respondent may also go through the said particulars stated in the affidavit.
4.For the purpose of getting valuation certificates, interim protection is granted to the petitioners for a period of 15 days. The petitioners shall produce the valuation certificate before this Court by serving a copy to the respondent also.
5.List the matter on 08.08.2023.
