Judgment
It is an application filed by RP under Section 19(2) of the code stating that custody of the assets and tally data not provided to the RP, the director/promoter of the company namely Mr. Sandeep Kumar being represented and stated that he is ready and willing to release to the custody of the documents as well as tally data. It has been stated by the RP and he is ready to give this information within two days hereafter, this application is hereby disposed of with a direction to the promoter/director namely Mr. Sandeep Kumar to comply with the same as stated above. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
The present application filed by the RP not being supported by the resolution seeking extension which is over 330 days. This application is hereby dismissed as it is prerequisite to take a resolution from CoC before seeking any extension before this bench.
The application stands dismissed.
