P.V. Kunhikrishnan, J.

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i.

To issue a Writ of Certiorari and thereby this Hon'ble court may be pleased to quash exhibit P6 proceedings of 3rd respondent to the extent that it directs the 4th respondent to grant building permit for erection of mobile tower to the 5th respondent in the interest of justice.

ii.

Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order of direction commanding the respondents 3 and 4 to take appropriate steps for stalling the erection of Tele-communication tower if any by the 5th respondent on the strength of Exhibit P6 and Ext.P7 for a short span of time as fixed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice.

iii.

To pass any such further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant in the interests of justice. (SIC)

2.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The counsel for the 5th respondent submitted that the challenge is against Exts.P6 and P7 and no interim order is passed in this case. I think this writ petition need not be retained here. This writ petition is closed.
