For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in refilling the petition is condoned. Application to stand disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this writ petition be treated to have been filed by petitioners No.5 to 10. That in view of the difference in the factual positions, petitioners No.1 to 4 be permitted to file separate petitions for the redressal of their grievances raised by them in this writ petition.

The above prayer is accepted. This writ petition is deemed to have been filed only by petitioners No.5 to 10. etitioners No.1 to 4 are permitted to file separate petitions for the cause of action raised in this writ petition by setting out their respective factual positions.

Learned counsel for the petiti ners further submitted that the issue involved in the writ pe i ion and the reliefs prayed for by petitioners 5 to 10 are cove ed by he decision rendered by the Hon’ble Apex Court in The State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Versus Surajmani & Anr. Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025, decided alongwith connected civil appeals on 06.02.2025. Learned counsel also submitted that the said petitioners w uld be content, in case, respondents are directed to consider their cases, in accordance with law and in terms of above decision within a time bound schedule. This is not objected by learned Assistant Advocate General.

Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the cases of petitioner No.5 to 10, in accordance with law laid down in Surajmani2 within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also disposed of.
