1.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, connect W.P. (C) No.2295/2015 which is also on board today, as the same relates to the same petitioner and orders of Central Government Industrial Tribunal No.1, Dhanbad in two different reference cases are under challenge.

2.

Pursuant to the order dated 20th March 2017, I.A. Nos.2679/2017 and 2680/2017 have been preferred by the petitioner seeking deletion of the unmarked pages, being the copy of the same writ petition in both the writ petitions. In the first writ petition the copy of the unmarked pages are between 24 and 25. In W.P.(L) No.2295/2015 the unmarked pages being copy of the same writ petition are between pages 25 to 26. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to pure mistake the copy of the writ petitions itself were annexed in Annexure-1 and also left unmarked. Therefore, the same may be allowed to be deleted.

3.

Having considered the instant prayer made, it appears that the unmarked pages in both the writ petitions being copy of the same writ petitions have been unnecessarily annexed by mistake on the part of the office of the counsel for the petitioner. Without deleting them the pleadings would not be in proper shape. Accordingly, prayer for their deletion is allowed. Office is directed to remove the unmarked pages referred to herein above from both the writ petitions.

4.

Accordingly, place the rectified writ petitions in proper order before the Bench under the same heading after one week. Both the interlocutory applications are accordingly disposed off.
