ORDER
No representation on behalf of Petitioner. In view of the Order for commencement of CIRP and appointment of IRP in CP(IB)No.540/9/HDB/2018, wherein the Corporate Debtor in the said CP and in this present CP herein are one and the same, the Petitioners are directed to make their respective claims before IRP. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Petitioner. With the above directions, this petition bearing CP(IB)No.496/9/HDB/2019 is hereby closed.
