Judgment
A. Badharudeen, J
In both these matters, the appellant filed a memo stating as follows:
“1. I am the counsel appearing for the appellant in the above numbered case.
Since the issue with regard to the above case between the appellant and the respondents has been settled, and respondents satisfied with the decree, and hence the appellant informed that he has no interest to continue the above appeal, and same is liable to be closed by recording the above facts of settlement and satisfaction of decree. If it is not allowed, the appellant will be put to suffer irreparable injury, loss and hardship.
Hence it is most humbly prayed that, this Honorable Court may be pleased to permit to close the above case as settled between the parties and the respondents satisfied with the decree in the interest of justice.”
Since it is pointed out in the memo that matter has been settled and the appellant sought permission of this Court to close these matters as settled between the parties, these Appeals stand dismissed, in view of the memo filed by the appellant as the matter is settled between the parties.
