Judgment
Dr. Kauser Edappagath, J
The petitioner applied for a certified copy of the purchase certificate. However, it was rejected as per Ext.P8 order. It is in these circumstances, the petitioner has approached this court.
I have heard Sri. K. Mohanakannan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Vidya Kuriakose, the learned Government Pleader.
The learned Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not furnished the number of the application in order to process his request for the issuance of the certified copy of the purchase certificate.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to furnish before the 4th respondent the application number for the issuance of the certified copy of the purchase certificate. On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall take necessary steps to issue the certified copy of the purchase certificate in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
