Judgment
We find that inspite of specific directions the replies have not been filed within the stipulated period and are being filed belatedly in some and in
some appeals no replies have been filed. We adjourn the matters directing the parties to either file the replies in the appeals where they have not filed
the replies within two weeks from today. If they wish to rely upon an affidavit or reply filed in another appeal they should say so specifically in writing.
Rejoinder may be filed within two weeks thereafter. Wherever rejoinders are not filed the same may be done on or before the next date.
List on June 18, 2021. It is made clear, that no further time will be allowed to any of parties to file their affidavits.
Parties are directed to take instructions from the Registrar 48 hrs. before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the matters would be
taken up for hearing through video conference or through physical hearing.
The present matters were heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor
a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on
behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Parties will act on production of a digitally
signed copy sent by fax and/or email.
