Judgment
Even after no less than half-a-dozen adjournments, the respondent has not filed any reply and today also counsel appearing for the respondent is seeking time to file reply.
We have perused all the earlier orders and it is the respondent who is seeking time to file reply on most of the dates of hearing. We, therefore, impose a cost of Rs.10000/- to be deposited by the respondent. This cost will be paid by way of Demand Draft or by National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT). This payment of cost shall be paid by the respondent within period of four weeks from today in favour of “TDSAT Employees Welfare Society” and time to file reply is granted till the next date of hearing. The Registry should accept the reply only upon deposition of the cost by the respondent.
Upon deposition of this cost, the reply shall be accepted by the Registry of the respondent.
Time to file reply is granted till next date of hearing.
