All these appeals are filed by the assessee against the different orders of the Ld. CIT(Appeals)/NFAC vide order dated 28.10.2025 for the A.Y.2016-17 to 2021-22.

2.

None appeared on behalf of the assessee nor any adjournment application was moved inspite of issue of notice. Thus, these appeals were heard on hearing the Ld. DR.

3.

On perusal of the grounds of appeals we observed that the assessee challenged the order of the Ld.CIT(A) in not giving sufficient opportunity to the assessee, therefore, this is violation of natural justice, apart from grounds raised on merits of the additional disallowance.

4.

We have heard the Ld. DR and perused the orders of the Ld. CIT(A) and observed that the orders of the Ld. CIT(A) are very cryptic, not dealt with several contentions raised by the assessee on various grounds in the appeal. Therefore, in the interest of justice we set aside all these appeals to the file of the Ld. CIT(A) for deciding all the issues after considering the contentions of the assessee and providing sufficient opportunity of being heard to the assessee, in accordance with law.

5.

In the result, the appeals of the assessee are allowed for statistical purpose.
