Judgment

According to the petitioner, she is a workman serving in the capacity of Sub-Editor in a leading Hindi newspaper. She raised an industrial dispute
claiming wages, as per recommendation made by Majithia Wage Board, which were accepted vide notification dated 11.11.2011.
The Conciliation Officer, however, recorded a finding that no dispute appears to exist consequently he closed the matter and declined to send the
matter to the Competent Authority for making reference. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court, challenging the order dated
30.05.2018 passed by Conciliation Officer.
Mr. Rajesh Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar controversy was decided by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated
10.08.2018 passed in WPMS No. 680 of 2018. He, therefore, prays that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
Mr. C.K. Sharma, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 5 also does not dispute this submission made by Mr. Rajesh Joshi, Advocate on behalf
of the petitioner.
Since both the parties are unanimous on the point that identical question has been decided in the aforesaid writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is
also disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 10.08.2018 rendered in WPMS No. 680 of 2018.
It is further made clear that the Competent Authority shall take decision as early as possible, preferably within six week from the date of production
of certified copy of this order.
