Judgment
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed for consideration of the petitioner's case to be appointed on compassionate basis. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Smt. Jaishri Ragase Vs./ The State of M.P. & Others , (decided in W.P. No.845/2017 vide order dated 28.06.2018).
Under the circumstances, the petitioner is requested to prefer a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent No.2 The Director, Public Instructions, Gautam Nagar, Bhopal, by placing reliance upon the judgment of this Court in W.P. No.845/2017 and the respondent No.2 is requested to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date on which it is filed along with the certified copy of this Court's order. If the respondent No.2 is of the opinion that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P. No.845/2017, then it is requested to extent the similar relief as has been granted to the petitioner in W.P. No.845/2017.
This Court makes it amply clear that it is not commenting upon the merits of the case of the parties and that the said representation of the petitioner be decided in the backdrop of the judgment of this Court rendered in W.P. No.845/2017.
