ORDER
IA No. 4667/ND/2021:
Application filed by the IRP under Section 12A of the Code seeking withdrawal of the main IB application. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that Form ‘FA’ being the consent of the applicant is annexed and the IRP dues being the CIRP cost and fees are also paid. Nothing is due. In view of the submission made, we allow this application, thereby IB-2722/ND/2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
