The learned counsel for the Petitioner has handed over keys of the subject property to the learned counsel for the Respondent during the course of the hearing.
1.1 He states on instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in Court, that the property has been vacated and vacant possession of the subject property is being handed over to the Respondent herein with these keys.
1.2 He states that in view thereof, all disputes between the parties have been resolved and the present appeal may be disposed of.
The learned counsel for the Respondent on instructions from the Respondent who is present in person, confirms the aforesaid settlement and states that all disputes between the parties stand resolved.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid statement of the parties, the appeal stands disposed of. The parties are bound down to their statements. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
