1) 1) Heard on I.A. No.1, application for urgent hearing and I.A. No.2, application for hearing the case during summer vacation.

2) 2) On due consideration and for the reason stated in the applications (I.A. No.1 & 2), same are allowed.

3) With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.

4) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):-

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record pertaining to the case of petitioner for its kind perusal.

10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State authority to disburse the arrears of revised pay scale, which has been calculated by the respondent authority within the stipulated period with interest.

10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

5) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition may be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation ventilating her grievances to concerned authorities/respondent No.3 which may be considered in accordance with law. 3. The same is not opposed by State counsel.

6) In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of and liberty is reserved to the petitioners to make a detailed representation ventilating her grievances to respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks.

7) On such representation having been made, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same within further period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

8) With this observation, the instant petition is disposed of.

9) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
