The instant miscellaneous petition has been preferred by the petitioner herein for assailing the order dated 16.08.2019 passed by the learned ACMM No.1, Jodhpur Metropolitan Criminal Misc. Case No.60/2017, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 25 (2) of the Domestic Violence Act was rejected.
Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel Mr. Sharma and after going through the impugned order and other material placed on record, I am of the opinion that the learned Magistrate has duly applied mind to the factual matrix available on record and has arrived at a just conclusion that no modification is called for in the order of interim monetary relief passed in favour of the respondent.
