Judgment
This application is filed by the Resolution Professional (RP) seeking liquidation of the Corporate Debtor. It is stated that the Applicant convened the 6th CoC Meeting on 24.02.2025 whereby the CoC decided to take the Corporate Debtor into Liquidation under Section 33 of IBC, 2016 with 100% majority and approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Chaturvedi an Insolvency Professional having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00242/2017-18/10471 as Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor. Since the appointment has been duly approved by the Committee of Creditors (CoC), this Tribunal concurs with the recommendation and hereby appoints Mr. Rakesh Chaudhary as the Liquidator, on the terms and conditions as proposed by the CoC. With these observations, IA No (Liq)/16/2025 is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, and to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India; and copy of this order be sent to the FC, the CD and the Liquidator for taking necessary steps.
