ORDER
Both the sides are present. A Memorandum of Settlement signed by both the parties is placed on record. In view of the Memorandum of Settlement, the Petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the Operational Creditor to revive/restore the Petition in the event of default, if any, committed by the Corporate Debtor in making payments as agreed.
