ORDER
IA No. 3773/2023 – None present for the Applicant. The present application is filed by Operational Creditor for withdrawal of the Company Petition. It is brought to our notice that the present company petition is admitted under CIRP vide order dated 11.08.2023. Meanwhile, parties have settled the ddebt in default by consent terms. Consent terms are before us and it is taken on record. Consent terms are signed by both the parties. As per the consent terms placed on record, we allow IA No. 3773/2023. Accordingly, IA No. 3773/2023 is allowed and C.P. (IB)/3979(MB)2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending IAs/MAs if any, filed in the present petition shall also stood disposed of having become infructuous. File be closed and consigned to record.
