Judgment
Mr. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate states that after accepting notice on behalf of both the Contemnors on the previous date, a due intimation was sent for providing necessary instructions in the present Contempt, however, none has come present to provide any information.
Faced with the aforesaid situation, we are constrained to issue fresh notice to Dr. Gavali Parag Harshad-Opposite Party No.1 and Dr. Subhankar Mohapatra-Opposite Party No.2.
Issue notice to the Contemnors/Opposite Parties for 28.03.2023.
Requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Parties/Contemnors by Registered/Speed post with A.D shall be filed within three working days.
A compliance affidavit be filed before the next date, failing which, they shall be personally present in Court to face Contempt proceedings. It is clarified that in case of any violation of this direction would invite issuance of bailable/non-bailable warrants to secure their presence.
