Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Th. Ningtamba, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners ; Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 5 and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for respondent Nos. 3 & 4.
The present Review petition has been filed with a prayer for reviewing the order dated 27-04-2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 272 of 2022. It has been submitted by the counsel appearing for the parties that during the pendency of the present review petition, the Deputy Commissioner, Noney had issued an order dated 18-09-2025 under which it has been recorded that the dispute between the parties are settled amicably outside the court and that on the basis of the said order, the present Review Petition can be closed.
The order dated 18-09-2025 issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Noney is marked as ‘X’ for identification and the same is put on record.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present Review Petition is hereby closed.
