This Fourth Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act,
1989 against the order dated 23.12.2020 passed by Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Shivpuri rejecting the bail application. Third Criminal Appeal was
dismissed by order dt.10.06.2021 passed in Cr.A. No.3006/2021.
The appellant has been arrested on 15.12.2020 in connection with Crime No.310/2020 registered by Police Station Pohari Distt. Shivpuri for offence
punishable under Sections 366, 344, 376(2)(n) of IPC and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act.
The Criminal Appeal No.3006/2021 has been dismissed by a detailed order dt.10.06.2021 after considering the fact that the appellant had suppressed
material facts. Even otherwise, no case is made out for taking a contrary view in the matter as no change in the circumstances could be pointed out by
the counsel for the appellant.
The appeal fails and is hereby dismissed.
