Judgment
Justice K.Haripal, Judicial Member
When taken up, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has since been promoted as Private Secretary, has retired from service and all the pensionary benefits have been granted to him. Hence the Original Application has become infructuous.
The above submission is recorded. If any question survives in the light of the observations made by this Tribunal on 9.11.2017 and 6.12.2017 which have been confirmed by the Hon'ble High Court, it is open to the applicant to approach the Tribunal at the appropriate time, if so advised.
With the above observation, the Original Application is closed. No costs.
