The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the fact that the petitioner is substantially an accountant duly trained in the accounts, the charge of
accountant is being handed over to the respondent No.6, who firstly is not qualified to become an accountant and neither does he have the requisite
training for the said work and is also not substantially holding the post of accountant.
The respondent No.6 in fact is substantially an Assistant Grade-II and he cannot be assigned the duties of an accountant, which would be in
violation of the government policies and circular in this regard.
Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has not approached the higher authorities in the department for ventilating his grievance and
has rushed to the High Court by filing the present writ petition. Moreover, the impugned order in the instant case was passed on 04.01.2019 and the
writ petition itself was filed after more than 1 ½ months.
Given the said facts, let the petitioner approach the respondent No.2 in this regard by making a detailed representation supported with all relevant
records and the circulars of the State Government in respect of his contentions and the respondent No.2 in turn shall decide the representation of the
petitioner within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
