The petitioner on request was transferred from Melakondur Panchayat Union Primary school to Kuladeepamangalam Panchayat Union Primary school on 17.4.2007 which was on the basis of mutual transfer when one K. Gunasekaran, Headmaster of Kuladeepamangalam had given a written consent. The petitioner was also relieved from Melakondur Panchayat Union Primary School and she joined Kuladeepamangalam Panchayat Union Primary School on 27.4.2007. The petitioner is aggrieved by the relieving order dated 30.4.2007 by which the mutual order of transfer was cancelled. The petitioner has therefore given a request for restoring the original transfer.

It is very unfortunate that after an order is passed on a representation; by a mere telephonic message the said order is sought to be changed. We hope that the respondents will treat the teachers with respect that they are entitled to.

The respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.1.2008 and pass orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
