Learned Counsel Mr. Anandodaya Mishra appeared for the Operational Creditor. Learned Counsel Mr. Sandeep N Bhatt appeared for the Corporate Debtor. Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor submits that agreement is executed between the parties and he seeks permission to withdraw the matter. Permission is granted.
