ORDER
PRE - DR. DEEPTI MUKESH, MEMBER (J)
Against the present corporate applicant, Flywheel Logistics Solution Pvt. Ltd, an application filed under Section 7 by the Financial creditor being C.P.No.(IB)-651(ND)/2020 hasbeen admitted on 06.10.2020 and the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process is ordered to be initiated. The prayer in present application was seeking CIRP against the present corporate applicant which is satisfied/ granted in view of the order passed in CP No. (IB)-651(ND)/2020.Hence no separate order is passed in this application in terms of Section 11 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016.
It is made clear that if the Section 7 petition is settled and withdrawn or the order initiating CIRP is set asidethe present applicant may take recourse under law.
The application stands disposed of in terms of above order.The copy of said shall be communicated to the applicant.
