Judgment

The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail
during trial in connection with Crime No.27/2018, registered at Police Station Sakri, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of
the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant on medical ground that his wife is unwell and is suffering from adenomyosis with
scar site endometriosis and she has been advised hysterectomy with removal of scar endometriosis, therefore, the applicant be granted bail for limited
period.
Learned State counsel submits that it has been said to be verified and wife of the applicant is suffering from the said disease.
In view of the above, the applicant is directed to be released on bail for a period of three months from 29-9-2018 to 29-12-2018 on his furnishing a
personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. He shall surrender on or before 30-
12-2018.
The bail application stands finally disposed of.
