Heard the submissions made by the counsel for the Resolution Professional. The counsel has submitted that this application is moved under Section 30 (6) seeking the validation of the Resolution Plan. Having heard the submissions and going through the contents of the application, this Tribunal approves the Resolution Plan as approved by the COC in compliance of the provisions of IBC, 2016 and the rules thereunder. The moratorium granted earlier stands lifted. The application stands disposed of. Resolution Professional is directed to inform further developments after four weeks i.e. 15.04.2020.
