Judgment
Summons were issued to the officials of Haryana Fire Brigade and Emergency Services, Dist: Rewari, Haryana, in compliance of the directions of the Hon'ble Bench passed in Order dated 19.05.2022. Mr. Naresh Kumar, Mr. Raj Kumar, Mr. Vicky Duddy and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Firemen working at Fire Sub-station, Dharuheda in Dist: Rewari were present in compliance of the summons of this Court. All the four of them were examined as the Court Witnesses CW-1 to CW-4 respectively. Entries in the Roznamcha (Station Diary) dated 20.04.2021 relating to the occurrence of fire was marked as Exhibit-1 in the original Roznamcha and after substituting the same with its certified copy the original was returned to Mr. Raj Kumar, Fireman who produced the same. The witnesses were examined, cross-examined and discharged. The Petitioner has not yet supplied the names and addresses of the vendors of CAS and SMS as directed by the aforesaid Order dated 19.05.2022 of the Hon'ble Bench. The Petitioner is directed once again to supply the details of the vendors of CAS and SMS who are well conversant with the chain of events as claimed in the Petitioner's affidavit within one week from now failing which, the matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Bench for passing appropriate orders. Let the matter be listed for evidences on 15th July, 2022. The evidences of all the Court Witnesses along with the Exhibit-1 be placed on record.
