The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

Writ of Mandamus commanding the official respondents to perform their statutory duty by immediately disconnecting the electricity supply of the

unit of petitioners M/s Shan Stone Crusher bearing installation no KSPP715453 consumer ID.0211010015453 situated at Lassipora Pulwama

and keep the same disconnected until the installation/unit is inspected in terms of applicable electricity rules and written request for reconnection is

obtained from all partners of petitioners until besides compliance report be sought in the matter.

At the outset, an objection is raised by Mr. R.A. Khan, learned AAG, that the petitioners have no locus-standi to file the instant writ petition.

Be that as it may, this writ petition is admitted to hearing and is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass a consideration order

with regard to the claim of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order so as to enable the petitioners

to work out their remedy as per law.

Writ petition along with connected MP(s) stands disposed of in the above terms.
