Judgment
We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent(s).
We had on earlier dates of adjournments issued notice upon the respondent(s) through Police Station Basti Jodhewal Ludhiana, Basti Jodhewal, Bal Singh Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab 141007.
The aforesaid notice/bailable warrant has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the respondent(s).
We, therefore, request the JOINT COMISSIONER OF POLICE (CITY) LUDHIANA ZONE 1 & 3 Address- Commissioner of Police Mini Secretariat, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001 that order passed by this Tribunal dated 8.2.2023 be served upon the respondent(s) through the aforesaid Police Station.
Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 8.2.2023 be sent to JOINT COMISSIONER OF POLICE (CITY) LUDHIANA ZONE 1 & 3 Address- Commissioner of Police Mini Secretariat, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001 by the Registered Post AD or by Speed Post.
Dasti/Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as order dated 8.2.2023 of this Tribunal to the JOINT COMISSIONER OF POLICE (CITY) LUDHIANA ZONE 1 & 3 Address- Commissioner of Police Mini Secretariat, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141001.
