Judgment
In pursuant to the order dated 19.11.2010 the Petitioner is required to be released on parole for seven days on usual terms and conditions, as required to be imposed by the concerned jail authorities.
An application is preferred by the Petitioner that his old parents are not in position to furnish sureties of Rs. 1 lac each. A request, therefore, is made to release the Petitioner for a term of seven days on submission of personal bonds.
From perusal of record, it reveals that the Petitioner is behind the bars from last more than 16 years. Prior to instant one, he availed parole five times and all the occasions he returned within the time period prescribed, as such, to serve the interest of justice, we deem it appropriate to direct the concerned jail authority to release the Petitioner on parole with usual conditions and by demanding personal bond only instead of person bonds with two sureties.
With the directions above, the petition for writ is disposed of.
