Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
Issue notice. Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3.
The instant petition has been filed for the grant of the following substantive relief:-
“ It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present writ petition may kindly be allowed and respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to discharge his statutory duties as mentioned in Annexure P-1 and protect the life and dignity/interest of petitioner and 14 others in the interest of justice.”
It appears that the Labour Inspector has already forwarded the complaint made by the petitioner to the Executive Engineer Rampur Bushehr, as is evident from communication dated 13.5.2023 (Annexure P-1).
In the given facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the concerned Executive Engineer or any other authority to decide the complaint of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within six weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
