Judgment
ORDER
It is an application filed by Mr. Bhavesh Rathod (Resolution Professional of IGOPL Offshore Private Limited) under Rule 154 of National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 seeking rectification of Order dated 11.11.2022. The Applicant prayed to rectify and replace the following under Para 4, in the table mentioned at Page no. 5 of the Order dated 11.11.2022 in IA/2192/2022 in CP(IB)/918/MB/2020 as:
CIRP Cost (Projected) Rs. 50,24,721/- 100%
CIRP Cost (Paid) Rs. 31,52,721/-
CIRP Cost (Unpaid) Rs. 18,72,000/-
In view of above and after looking into the Additional Affidavit to provide head wise breakup of expenses incurred under the heading CIRP Cost, we exercise of powers under Rule 154 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, the Order dated 11.11.2022 in IA/2192/2022 in CP(IB)/918/MB/2020 is rectified as under: -At page 5, para 4 follows:
CIRP Cost (Unpaid & Projected) Rs. 50,24,721/- 100% shall be read as:
CIRP Cost (Projected) Rs. 50,24,721/- 100%
CIRP Cost (Paid) Rs. 31,52,721/-
CIRP Cost (Unpaid) Rs. 18,72,000/-
Accordingly, IA. No. 6/2023 is allowed.
