Judgment
R.A. No. 11 of 2021 :
During the course of hearing, Shri Bhati, learned Sr. CGSC referred to an additional affidavit filed by the applicants on 22.10.2021 and Appendix ‘S’ of Annexure R-1, wherein at Item No. 39(c) of the Appendix ‘S; particulars of Personnel Occurrence Reports to be retained are indicated in the following manner :-
(c) Personnel Occurrence Reports
05 years in unit orderly room and unit accountant section. To be retained permanently by AF Central Accounts Office.
Shri Bhati should clarify as to whether in the case of the applicant, the Personnel Occurrence Report is retained in the Air Force Central Accounts office or not and the reasons for its non-retention, if any. These positions may be clarified.
The original Court of Inquiry Report dated 30.09.2021 produced by Shri Bhati during the course of hearing today is retained and the same be kept in a sealed cover.
List the matter for further hearing on 22nd April, 2022. Copy of this order be given ‘Dasti’.
