Judgment
Present OA has been filed by the applicant challenging the impugned order 8th March 2021 vide which pursuant to the letter/appeal dated 22nd
January 2021 filed by the applicant for grant of disability pension he has been asked to furnish the documents as mentioned in Para 3.
Instead of furnishing the documents, the present OA has been filed. It is submitted by counsel for the applicant that the explanation stating the reasons
as to why the appeal could not be filed within stipulated time was already given in the appeal. However, as regards other documents, it is stated that
the same are not required. However, the perusal of the OA goes to show that there is no challenge to the documents asked by the Department in the
entire OA.
Counsel for the applicant submits that he will give proper reply to the letter dated 8th March 2021 to the respondents and in case he still feels
aggrieved, he will take legal recourse.
For the present, he withdraws the present OA. He is at liberty to do so. As such, OA is dismissed as withdrawn.
