The hearing has been done by way of video conferencing.

Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to dispose of petitioner's Revision petition dated 28th August, 2019 in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner served in the ITBP for twenty six years and was removed from service under Section 25 of the ITBP Act, 1992 vide order dated 05th August, 2019 passed by t h e Respondents. He points out that the Petitioner submitted a revision petition dated 28th August, 2019 to the respondents seeking sympathetic consideration after considering the Petitioner's clean service record of twenty six years, but the revision petition is still pending with the respondents.

Issue notice. Mr. Vikrant N Goyal, learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice.

Keeping in view of the limited prayers sought in the present writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the DG ITBP to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition within six weeks. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
