The petition has been heard by way of video conferencing.
Present petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 30th September, 2015 to the extent it does not grant consequential benefits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the delay in filing the review petition needs to be condoned as the petitioner’s representations
were being considered by the respondent. However, in response to a pointed query, he admits that none of the representations were filed by the
petitioner/applicant within the time period stipulated for filing a review petition.
Accordingly, this Court is of the view that representations by the petitioner/applicant would not extend the period of limitation for applying for
review. Consequently, the present review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay.
