ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. She seeks to withdraw the present petition, on the ground of settlement arrived at with the Corporate Debtor. Accordingly, C.P.(IB)-1510(MB)/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is however, granted to the Operational Creditor to approach the Tribunal again in case there is a default.
