ORDER
The matter is taken up on VC. Mr. Rasesh Shah, Counsel for the Petitioner is present. There is no representation from the side of the Respondent. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed the Affidavit as per order dated 26/02/2021 in support of the withdrawal of the Company Petition. Affidavit is taken on record. The Company Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn under Rule 8 of the IBBI (Application to the Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
