We agree in the view expressed by the Sessions Judge in this case. The order of the District Magistrate of the 23rd January last will be set aside, and Ram Lal Archarjya and Brojo Lal Acharjya will be permitted to remain at large on the original security. The original order, dated the 26th October 1896, and that of the 4th November 1896 accepting the security-bond, will be restored.
